How can I ensure I am ordering the correct amount of wallpaper?
We recommend using our online calculator or consulting with a professional installer. Since roll sizes vary by manufacturer, always check the pattern repeat and square footage coverage listed on the product page.
Do you offer samples of your fabrics and wallpapers?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples before placing a large order. Colors can vary based on screen settings, and a sample allows you to see the true texture and color in your own lighting.
What is your return policy for cut-to-measure fabrics?
Because fabrics are cut specifically to your requested yardage, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We encourage ordering samples to ensure satisfaction.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items ship within 2-5 business days. If an item is backordered from the mill, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date.
Are the wallpapers pre-pasted or do they require adhesive?
This depends on the specific collection. Most of our designer wallpapers are 'unpasted' and require a high-quality adhesive, while some residential lines are pre-pasted. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
