At Eades Wallpaper & Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unopened rolls and fabric bolts. Please note that custom-cut orders and samples are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and have been purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Refund
Send your package to our returns department; once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
